Longi Hi MO-X6 formerly known as Longi Hi-MO 6 solar panels are N-Type panels available in multiple series like Hi MO 6 Explorer, Guardian, Scientist, and Artist. Hi-Mo X6 Scientist comes in at number 5 in the Top 10 Most Efficient Residential Solar Panels in the world.
These Longi Hi MO X6 panels utilize advanced HPBC technology, which gives them a higher efficiency compared to Hi MO 5’s PERC technology. From 22.50% (Explorer Series) to 22.80% (Scientist Series) compared to Hi-MO 5’s 21.3%. In layman’s terms, this means more electricity generation per square meter of panel.
As a result of this higher efficiency, Hi-MO X6 solar panels generally have a higher maximum power output reaching up to 600 watts which is not available in Hi-MO 5.
Longi HiMO 6 panels also have a longer product warranty of 15 years compared to the 12 years offered with Longi HiMO 5. They are also aesthetically more pleasing than Longi Hi MO 5 and are offered in both Monofacial and Bifacial models.
